3 portals, one integrated system

Our software consists of three portals:

1. Employee portal

Employees log in and immediately see the garments selected for them. They can place orders within their assigned budget or maximum order quantity.

2. Company portal

The organization has full insight into ordering behavior, budgets, and order statuses.

3. Supplier portal

The supplier receives orders instantly and can begin processing them right away.

In addition, our system includes a built-in ERP system specifically developed for the workwear industry.
This means our customers always receive a complete package—including a powerful ERP system.

Our system provides full transparency in order management. At any time, you can see where an order is and what its status is. Thanks to integration with a barcode scanner, incoming products can be processed quickly and accurately—boosting overall efficiency.

Full control over the order process

One of the biggest challenges in workwear management is handling orders and inventory. Our system ensures that orders are processed without errors. Depending on availability, two routes are followed:

  • Product is in stock → Processing begins immediately, including any printing, embroidery, or alterations.
  • Product is out of stock → The system automatically generates a purchase proposal.

This purchase proposal can be linked directly to the manufacturer or downloaded as a CSV file and uploaded to the manufacturer’s webshop. This prevents manual entry errors, incorrect orders, and unnecessary returns.
